Depending on the year, USDA's two late-March reports are released anywhere from the 28th - 31st. These charts show the change in price from the close the day before the report to the close the day of the report.

For July corn, there was a positive reaction in 9 of the past 15 years. The average of those gains is 18 cents. There was a negative reaction 6 times that averaged -17 cents.
