Pork and beef export sales shine.

Beef export sales of 13,637 tonnes were reported. This was +57% from last year. Year to date bookings are -9% from last year. That is below USDA’s whole-year goal of -8%.

Pork export sales of 47,410 tonnes were +75% from last year. Our year to date pace is +5% vs. last year. That is on USDA's current view of +5%.
