USDA reported -93,556 tonnes for last week’s wheat export sales activity. The trade estimate was -100,000 to +200,000.
USDA’s 710 million bushel export goal, for the year that started June 1, is -20% from the five year average sale. To hit this goal, with US wheat donations, we need shipments of 629. Year to date shipments are -18% from average and total 575. The remainder of the year needs to see -50% from average shipments. This past week was -6%. Allendale is even with USDA's whole-year view.
