Beef export sales remain weak.

Beef export sales of 10,979 tonnes were reported. This was -41% from last year. Year to date bookings are -13% from last year. That is still below USDA’s whole-year goal of -8%.

Pork export sales of 33,829 tonnes were -11% from last year. Our year to date pace is +2% vs. last year. That is near USDA's current view of +5%.
